Requirements:

Passion for assisting people with disabilities
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or the ability and willingness to obtain one)
Current ABN or willing to obtain one
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Providing personal care (dressing, showering, toileting, feeding, etc)
Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and gym sessions
Assist with daily tasks and domestic responsibilities
Assist clients in meal preparations
Actively participate in our client’s journey towards fulfilling their unique goals, providing both practical and emotional support
Motivate clients by actively partaking in gym exercises and physical activities alongside them

Key Responsibilities:
