Physiotherapist - Full Time​

$35 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess & Customise: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and tailor individual treatment plans.
  • Diverse Caseload: Manage a varied caseload, adapting your communication and treatment methods for clients of all ages and abilities.
  • Multisetting Service: Provide and oversee physiotherapy programmes in gyms, homes, and pools, aimed at improving movement, strength, and general well-being.
  • Rehabilitative Focus: Develop and deliver evidence-based rehabilitative programmes, especially for workplace injuries.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent clients’ needs during NDIS plan review meetings, collaborating with our allied health team and support workers to ensure integrated care.
  • Hands-on Interventions: Deliver one-on-one and group therapeutic interventions, guiding clients through exercises and offering ongoing education.
  • Empowerment: Equip clients and their families with knowledge and strategies for lasting improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A registered Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in disability care or community physiotherapy is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support clients.
  • A team player who also thrives independently.
  • Holder of a current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and relevant insurances (Public Liability and Professional Indemnity).
  • Possession of a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport to provide mobile healthcare services.
