Physiotherapist - Full Time​

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess & Customise: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and tailor individual treatment plans.
  • Diverse Caseload: Manage a varied caseload, adapting your communication and treatment methods for clients of all ages and abilities.
  • Multisetting Service: Provide and oversee physiotherapy programmes in gyms, homes, and pools, aimed at improving movement, strength, and general well-being.
  • Rehabilitative Focus: Develop and deliver evidence-based rehabilitative programmes, especially for workplace injuries.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent clients’ needs during NDIS plan review meetings, collaborating with our allied health team and support workers to ensure integrated care.

  • A registered Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration.

Therapy Guidance in Action

  • Write clear, upbeat progress notes that show how micro and macro goals are being achieved

Safety & Professionalism

  • Follow therapy plans; use calm, effective de-escalation strategies

  • Support medication routines (if applicable)

  • Always uphold NDIS Practice Standards, boundaries, privacy, and infection control

  • Be consistent and reliable with rosters
