Support with agreed morning routines and preparation for the day.
Meta Healthcare Campbelltown
In-home support can assist participants with disability-related daily tasks while helping them keep choice and control over their routine. Meta Healthcare agrees on what support looks like with each participant before services begin.
NDIS In-Home Support is arranged in the participant’s own home across Campbelltown and nearby suburbs, subject to worker availability and an agreed service plan. Tasks, timing, preferences and the level of assistance are confirmed before support starts.
Support at home in Campbelltown
Your home is your space. Support workers follow the routines, boundaries and preferences agreed with you. Assistance can be hands-on, prompting or skill-building depending on the task and the participant’s needs.
The right support can reduce pressure around daily tasks without taking away independence. We can work beside you on an activity, provide the physical assistance you need or help create a repeatable routine.
If circumstances change, we review the tasks, timing and level of support with you. Clear service agreements help participants and families know what is included.
Home-based support in Campbelltown lets participants work with the routines, equipment and household setup they use in everyday life.
Every participant’s service agreement is different. These are examples of support that may be included after we understand your goals, needs and available funding.

Assistance with disability-related cleaning, laundry and organisation.
Plan and prepare suitable meals with the level of help you need.
Get organised for appointments, errands or community activities.
Use clear prompts or schedules to make tasks easier to follow.
Practise parts of home life you want to manage with less assistance.
Support is confirmed through an individual conversation and service agreement. Availability can vary by location, practitioner or support-worker capacity.
NDIS In-Home Support is arranged in the participant’s own home across Campbelltown and nearby suburbs, subject to worker availability and an agreed service plan. Tasks, timing, preferences and the level of assistance are confirmed before support starts.
We discuss the home address, accessibility, communication, household routines, relevant support plans and any worker training needed for the agreed tasks. Support is provided within clear boundaries that respect the participant’s privacy and control of their home.
We use a participant-first approach: you help choose the priorities, the people involved and the setting that feels most useful. Support Coordinators and Plan Managers are welcome to contact us with the participant’s consent.
Disability-related help with everyday activities may be funded through Core Supports under Assistance with Daily Life. The plan needs to include appropriate funding, and the support must be an NDIS support that relates to the participant’s disability and goals.
Ordinary living costs—such as groceries, rent, utilities and household purchases—are paid by the participant. NDIS funding may cover the disability-related support worker time, not those everyday expenses.
Meta Healthcare can explain its service and pricing, but the NDIA decides what is funded. Please check the current plan and official NDIS guidance for your circumstances.
